The project submitted to the Disney LAC Department focused on a strategic partnership between WhatsApp Business and Disney for the launch of the movie WISH, targeting the Mexican market.
The aim was to leverage WhatsApp's widespread adoption and secure a collaboration to launch exclusive Disney-themed WhatsApp Business accounts, providing users with personalized promotions, exclusive content, and seamless customer engagement tools. The initiative targeted Disney enthusiasts like "Maria Gonzalez," a fictional buyer persona, offering tailored messaging around Disney movie releases, particularly the launch of "Wish." Key performance indicators (KPIs) included high account activation rates, increased user engagement, and enhanced brand awareness through the WhatsApp platform. The project demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the Mexican market and outlined strategies to elevate WhatsApp's position as a leading business communication tool in the region.

I created the branding for Mirage Residence to ensure a consistent, community-focused identity across all materials, from donation drives to leasing posts. Using approachable visuals, soft colors, and modern typography, I highlighted Mirage’s commitment to community and social responsibility.
